Planning packages are tailored to your needs, including only what you want help with. The different elements of each package can also be purchased seperately, for example venue search is available at a one off fee if you just want help finding the right location, or you can choose a consultation at an hourly rate.

Helping you to find the right venue for you and your budget- from intimate meals for 15 guests, right up to extravagant lavish receptions for 250 guests, the sky is the limit.

Finding you quality, reputable suppliers for all Wedding services throughout the Midlands, and ensuring you get the best possible price.
Venue Styling
Assisting you to create a theme or colour scheme that compliments you and your venue, and helping to transform boring function rooms into stylish reception areas.
Budget Planning
Helping you to set a realistic budget, and then helping you stick to it! Advising you on areas where you can cut back without compromising on the quality of your event, and on areas where you shouldn't!
Wedding Design
From colour themes, to finding the perfect dress and choosing a style of napkin fold, I will assist you in designing the perfect day- it's all in the detail! I can even help designing your Wedding cake or stationary!
Advice & Support
Unlimited advice and support is available throughout the Wedding planning process, and this is often one of the most important sides of Wedding planning. From advice over the phone, to company when shopping for dresses or accessories, all of my Brides receive ongoing support.
Guest List Management
Helping you to post out your save the dates and invites, keeping track of RSVP's and assisting you with the seating arrangements.
On the day Co-ordination
Making sur that on the day all your suppliers are where they need to be, when they need to be, dressing your tables, directing your bridal party and signing for deliveries are just some of the elements taken care of on the day.
Personal Consultations
Whatever the package you choose, all consultations are with Hannah, on a one to one basis, taking as much time as is needed to make everything perfect. Consultations are also available for couples who are not having planning, on an hourly basis.
Marketing & Sales Consultancy
For venues and suppliers, advice on where and how to advertise your business, and how to spend your marketing budget. Attendance at Wedding shows and cover of sales staff holidays are also available.
Brochure Design
Helping to design and create the perfect brochure to promote your venue, this service can also include the arranging of professional photo shoots to get te best possible images that show what you are really about!
Wedding Fayres
As well as being able to attend Wedding shows on your behalf, Hand Maid Weddings will also arrange and market a new Wedding show at your venue- as well as providing a large selection of great quality suppliers to exhibit.
